Personally I'm glad I'm single! The most I've spent on a custom was about £50! Lol! ;) I
 Guessing that's the new Rhino not the old one? Looks a very good base! Wish I'd known about it!

Well to celebrate the news thy Paul has shipped my massive marine order I've gone ahead and built the first two figures of my v2.0 set...

First up is Mack the Smartgunner. He is built from a Hot Toys Drake and GI Joe Retaliation Roadblock. The head is from the Striker Leatherneck.











Mack is meant to be a massive guy - mean and angry. It was a surprisingly easy build with the hot toys torso being easy to drill into. He still needs his paintwork finishing tho...

And here is AJ the team Comtech and handler of the AI Mech 'Hound.' This is the character played by my wife Vicky...

AJ is built from a Duke figure, Tripwire lower legs, marauder beret and headset. The head is from an A-Wing pilot and the head cam is one of Clonehead's Rex pistols. The rest of the armour and accessories are by RaginSpoon and are cast from one of Hot Toys Colonial Marines! Awesome stuff!!











AJ is the youngest and smallest of my Aliens characters. A surfer kid born on an aquatic colony.

My main characters are in the USCSF - hence they will be wearing green berets and Tiger-stripes rather than the standard USCMC 'frog and leaf' pattern - although rest assured I will be doing some normal grunts too!

One final pic of the pair together!



I'm am utterly stoked at how these guys have turned out - I can't wait to paint them up tomorrow, and to complete the other 11 figures in this project :D

These are so cool,armour detail spot on.......plasma rifle is awesome,head gear and well.......everything,gonna look bad ass with a lock of paint.

Yep! Mind blown! Lol! AJ looking great in his new camo! These CMC'S are going to look amazing when all done and on parade together! Their new armour is incredible! The old armour was damn good & I should know as you were so kind to donate it to me, but this new kit truly rocks! Looking forward to seeing more real soon! :)
