I hope this doesn't come accross as too much of a brown nose, but I just had to post this (and no I'm not on medication).

I just wanted to thank Tamer, Clonehead, Recon and the other guys on admin here for creating such a wonderful site. Since joining you guys always take the time to look at every new item I've posted and I just wanted to thank you for all of your dedication and hard work, you've certainly got me hooked.

The new changes look awesome and will allow an even wider forum for us creative types.

I've made it my mission to contact people I don't see on these boards and let them know how great it is here, it is the least I could do.

Thanks so much guys, you are doing a fantastic job.

That feedback is more than we ever dreamed of!  Three guys with very little computer skills set out to create a fun, stress free, non-flaming website where we could all come together and have a good time has blossomed into what it is today, and I couldn't be happier!  Thanks go out to YOU guys for making ISY what it is today.  We've very glad to have you all aboard, and hope you remain so for a very long time!

Like Pat summed up, the 3 of us Pat, Shawn and myself, ventured out on our own, not really knowing how to create what we all envisioned, creating the forum and site took some work but without a good group of members with a similar love of the hobby, none of this would have been possible.  Many of us were and still are members of many forums, this site wasn't created to compete with any of those but rather to be a new "home" for us and those that shared the same concept of community. Be another neighbourhood in the Star Wars community.

So in many regards we built the foundation, the members built the house. So with that we are both honored and humbled that many of you call this site your SW home.

I have to agree with Jules,
I've only been here a little while, mostly joined because of what clonehead was doing and in the few short summer months this has become THE customizer board for SW.

I'm proud as hell to be here now and this has replaced all my other SW boards. Now it's just this board and Hisstank =)

You guys are some of the best, and I love the fact that everybody shares with the knowledge that you'll be helping another persons customs get better.

In one of his youtube videos, Jay mentioned the Shipyards and I surfed over to have a look.
This community is so distinctly different from all the other Star Wars boards I've seen, I had to join.
It is absolutely awesome that people from all over the world can share their hobby in a friendly environment.
The members help each other out, nobody has an attitude.
Really, I'm glad to be here and I thoroughly enjoy your virtual company.
