Just a quick update on what progress I've managed on my TMNT customs. I'm sure people with less procrastinated tendencies than I would have been done with at least some but I tend to get easily distracted and as such make minor progress over long periods. But here's some updates regardless

Nice, I like this a good bit. We like out SW here, but man I love seeing all the other AF Lines including TMNT. Bravo. Time to take this to our pages.

And no answer on the CAFN thing? ;)

Yeah, the lack of any real Star Wars fodder in stores (though I do have cases of it at home) has kinda of pulled me out of the Star Wars game a bit regarding customs. Also, I do this thing on IG where I ask folks for the suggestions on what they'd like to see and so few ask for Star Wars. And the few who actually ask me to make them a custom almost never ask for SW so for the time being I've moved away from that galaxy far far away.

Regarding the CAFN thing I'm not against doing it (though i hate hearing myself) but before I do it I need to get a little Kings Speech type training...not for a stutter mind you but for my extreme overuse of profanity when speaking freely. Haha

Btw, your header on the front page post is off. These guys are nowhere near finished. I was saying in the post how it takes me forever to make progress and in the two weeks since my last post this is all the progress I've made, which is not much

Nothing to apologize for. The base work is all done on them, it's all the add on I have to do. Like Rocksteady doesn't have a belt or ears, Bebop doesn't have a vest, glasses etc. the fact that the have a finished look I can only take as a compliment

Really nice work on that commissioned figure! It looks spot on to the reference photo. Also loving your work so far on Beebop and Rock Steady! Can't wait to see more on them!

So I decided to take a break from turtles bc they were eating all my time. I do have all four turtles, Bebop, Rocksteady and Leatherhead all in states of near completion but after a month I needed a break. Samurai were next on my list so here's one I started on. I'm modeling his build after Budo. If I had the skills and tools necessary I'd have taken a stab at molding Budo's armor but I've never had luck molding/casting soft goods. So I built it from epoxy and it is actually removable if need be. I have to figure out the helmet BUT that may wait is I have found myself with a bunch of 6 inch Sandtroopers. So, while I mentally work out a helmet for this guy I will turn one of my new Sandies into a Shadow Trooper. Anyway here's he wip for the samurai

You built those armor pieces with epoxy? Man, they look great. Off to share on our pages.

Wow, eight sandtroopers in the six inch line. You sure are making me envious of your great stores. So far I have only seen saga legends and I drove two hours one way to find that! Can't wait to see some six inch customs using this new line.

So after seeing the mention on the front page (thank you Tamer) I figured I was obliged to start a 6 inch custom. As I love me some Shadow Troopers I figured it a safe play to make my first custom just that. Besides my little Shadows need someone to look up to. Oh and Tamer, I've got more than 8   :o

Wow. How awesome is that! You go Tim. Just awesome. Looks like my front page is shaping up tomorrow too.

Yes, this is officially the first six inch black line custom I have seen.  [at1]
