This is my first attempt at doing some custom Star Wars vehicles. I made this speeder from a cheap world peacekeeper ATV and a broken mouse. I call it the Durkteel Speed Buggy (also known as Old Rusty.) it belongs to Hrchek Kal Fas the droid trader. He uses it to wander the desert waste in search of runaway droids. It has seen better days, but the the speeder is very reliable and very well equiped for the job. Hrchek Kal Fas mounted two heavy blasters and an Ion cannon which come in handy against Sand People and for knocking out droids. He has a rack installed on the back for strapping down droids.

This is my second custom Star Wars vehicle I made. I made it from a GI Joe snow mobile. I Call it the Bacardian IV Speeder, built for that mysterious bounty hunter named Rum Sleg.

Finished project has a stealth paint job, twin plasma cannons, and a ultra silent hyper injected engine. This speeder is incredibly fast, invisible, and silent. very fitting for a bounty hunter that blends into the back ground ready to strike.

Hello and welcome to the yards! I love your vehicle mods! The first one is very cool and imaginative. Great idea covering the weel wells and bottom of the first speeder with the old mouse. Also love the repurposed wheels on the back. The second one is great also. Funny thing is I have just traded for that same vehicle to do basicly the same conversion you did. Great post and can't wait to see more!

Thanks Luke!! Yeah that GI Joe mold has alot of great possibilities for custom speeders. I kept mine simple for the first time out, can't wait to see yours.
