I've sort of been "lurking" and following this without comment, but I feel obliged to say that it's coming along absolutely great!  Nice to see you fixed the "chin" problem, too.

In response to the chin problem, I actually noticed for the first time, that in Empire Strikes Back, Jeremy Bulloch's chin is actually visible when he speaks.  It dips below the lower edge of his helmet; he appears to be wearing a balaclava that covers most of his face under the helmet.
I have altered the action figure. Pray I don't alter it further.

The evolutions boba fett's head was made with the face-wrap and was based off the costume bulloch wore.  at some angles his chin would be visible, so they made the "ballaclava" to help hide it.


anyways.  I haven't made much more progress on this helmet.  I plan on weathering it and adding some more details, but I'm not sure what to add.
