here is a pic of that new darktrooper that I believe is to be buildable from parts included with each of 5 upcoming Walmart exclusive BAD packs.

I have a feeling that the cost of resin would make this casting more expensive than perhaps buying all the figures for the build a droid pieces. I could be wrong, and usually am, but I have a hunch here.

He is a big figure, isnt he? That would be alot of mold material but with the build a droid pieces there would be no disassembly required.
I do, for sure, want to take a custom crack at one of these, now. What a camoed bruiser he could be.

You got a frog in your throat there, Narceron?

I have heard that the new BAD darktrooper is to be about twice as tall as a regular 3 3/4 fig.

No, not yet. I would assume that since he is built from 5 parts that it should be at least OK, with joints at the elbows and knees

I want to see this one compared to his EU counterpart. I remember paying a small fortune for that one on the bay when I was into prequel and EU stuff. Now they have this one coming out!

I found two at retail, I never have really bought anything on the secondary market, for SW at least.

Though I will need to buy a loose malak now, lol.

Yeah, I remember how cheated I felt buying the gold coin TAC darktrooper for 7 bucks or so and having gotten the Potf one about a year earlier for mega bucks. Still, one might wait for that Malak, he and Revan are going for crazy prices on the bay.
