what type and size dremel bit would you use

I know Clonehead and Lucasclones have done this extensively as have many Shipyarders here. I think the whole idea is to not go too large and just be very patient with it.

I would also recommend, once you get the results you like, to cast a ton of copies of it and save the original so you can always have and make more in the future.
