Thanks guys, life is a bit better on the front, but we got the new coronavirus front and the upcoming economic crisis, so it is not over yet alas.

Anyway a good news: received these days the old CinemaCast Darth Vader statue, released in 1994, being the first "high end" Star Wars statue. You can see it behind George Lucas in old interviews, though I looked for a photo or a clip of that and couldn't find one - need to watch more old interviews with him. Anyway a very cool statue, quite heavy and big (about 1/6 scale).

That’s a nice addition to your imperial command center! I really like the iconic pose, the position of the robe and the Diorama base plate! Congrats to such a nice find! Didn’t know this one before. So thanks for sharing!

Thank you. :) For a statue released in 1994 it looks fantastic indeed. Decently accurate and pretty big and heavy. And the one I got is in perfect condition.

A package arrived from a friend containing two presents consisting of Imperial items, both from Galaxy Edge - a very cool Imperial logo flag and a neat Imperial Officer Rank badge. The flag is my favorite, as it fits perfectly on a desk next to a computer for example, or with 1/6 figures or next to a prop, but would work with smaller Hasbro figures too. I already put the flag next to the Hot Toys Emperor and his Royal Guards.

A nice hardcover book arrived - Death Star Owner's Workshop Manual, it joined the TIE Fighter Manual in the collection library, I hope they make one about Imperial walkers too:

As we know already, the Master Replicas large Snowspeeder was not studio scale, it was 3/4 of a studio scale. But MR released a studio scale Snowspeeder with the MR AT-AT SE.

This is brilliant! Even heart-breaking in memory of Carrie Fisher. I had the chance to meet her for an autograph back in 2013, but didn't had the 110€ to do so. Now this chance is gone forever.
Really awesome story here! It's puzzling why Lucasfilm make such a crime of making products, that are atually TO SCALE!

Interesting history here Serg. So wish I had an MR AT-AT. Always on the prowl for one now. Still rue the day I didn't snag one for $300 when FAO Schwartz was clearing them out. I am so stupid when it comes to collecting some days. Duh. :-*

The Action Fleet line was very nice and you are right about Carrie's autograph. I have two from the old times, but wouldn't be able to get one at current prices. Thoigh from time to time they appear for better prices, check out the SWAutographs group on FB.

BTW special thanks my friend for the cool Sidious/Emperor hologram figure!! Very cool! :)

I'm also sorry I didn't get the MR Falcon for $800, despite me not collecting it, but would have helped to trade it for something else these days.
