Amazing work, indeed! You did another outstanding job on sculpting & painting of this one - especially on her helmet & face! Just wow!

After watching the latest episode of TCW yesterday you really nailed that facial sculpt.

If you casted that head thousands would buy one of it.

Thanks everyone, youre all very kind :)

I thought about doing that but im not sure how it will hold up considering the material i used for her hair is a soft foam clay? Open to suggestions from our vets here on this forum! Clonehead? Looking at your direction :)

Clonehead would know. Darth More has been doing some great molding and casting lately too.

I wouldn't do anything that could potentially damage it though. Not worth it, but man put it in a 3D Scanner and make a print file out if it and man, solid gold!

I need a 3d printer...

Fabulous work.  The mandalorian armorer is fabulous.

My only gripe about 3d printers are the print lines... and yet, for that figure it actually adds something to it that I like.

Well... I have two gripes about 3d printers, that's also the cost!

If you havnt had a chance to watch the finale yet, stop what you’re doing right now and go watch the new episode!

Hear are some 332nd clones to go with my 501st black series clones and a teaser to a custom I have been tinkering with ;)

One could count the days 'til there was enough reference material! I so hoped you'd do these and they turned out excellently - as expected! I saw yesterday that those 6 inch bootlegs dropped to $13 and free shipping on eBay! I might get a couple Clone Troopers, too…

I just don't understand why they were assigned as the 332nd now - thought the 501st was just split into two garrisons…

Awesome paint job here - especially on the helmets! Thanks for sharing!

I found that starwars.com has great reference material including hero images with full color swatches

Just search the respective episode the characters appeared in, but I noticed it takes about a week after the episode air date for them to update. I've had the most luck with the "concept art" pages of the episode like this one :)

https://www.starwars.com/old-friends-not-forgotten-concept-art-gallery
https://www.starwars.com/news/clone-wars-first-look-old-friends-not-forgotten

I also referenced the Sideshow statue of the 332nd trooper and decided to keep the black band above the helmet brow. You're right though Darth More, I don't recall the 332nd ever being officially referenced in the show?

Side note, do you guys think clone troopers have arts and crafts days where they paint their gear? Do they hand paint or use stencils? Random thoughts...

Hi everyone, hope you’re all doing well and staying safe!

Wanted to share some WIP

Finishing my Mauldalorian crew for Maul, the two unfinished figs are going to be Gar Saxon and Rook Kast

Saxons base is a figuarts Tony Stark with Black Series Boba. I plan to use foam and clay to finish the details

Kast is an Overwatch Widow figure that I also plan to finish with clay and foam, and some printed parts
