Hi all,
after a very long time away from customizing I have found the time to pick it up again and would like to share my customs with this community.
I hope you'll enjoy my figures!

Let me start off with a Mon Calamari thug going by the name of Tettye:
Let's hope I manage to post a picture of him....
-
oh dear.....
-
Let's try that again with a different photo; this time an Advosze bureaucrat
-
Hey, welcome to the Yards!
And nice customs, let me go get one of em on the front pages.
-
Welcome back, Darth! It's great you've found time for the hobby, again, and that you now share them with us here!
Excellent on the paintjob of the Mon Cal! The edges look VERY nice and clean on his body and I also like the shiny effects on the head sculpt!
The Advosze looks interesting, too! At first view I wasn't even sure if the coat was a plastic or leather one! Very good painting here as well! Much respect from Germany & keep up the great work, please!

What a warm welcome!
As I unpack my customs from their boxes it looks like many need a bit of touching up and I would like a nicer backdrop for the photos.
Here, however, one I did recently with one of the Moroff figures I found on clearance:
-
Final customs for today: a couple of rebels in the fight on Scariff and a group of bureaucrats:
-
Your work is fantastic. I love all the colors and the deep contrasts between the shadows and highlights. I especially like the Moroff and the Mon Calamari. Great job!
-
Wow, this is awesome! I wonder how many custom figures you already made to share here. These are a lot so far!
And I agree with Moronarama: your work with contrasts, colors and light-dark effects look phenomenal! I’m going to repaint a Wookie completely as soon as I got time.
The four bureaucrats look great! Are the bodies from an Indiana Jones figure? The headsculpts on them look great and remind me of the Rebel Alliance Battle Pack 75133 from LEGO based on EA’s Star Wars Battlefront Video Game. Love the blue one!
I’m sure, Tamer will post some of these on the front page tomorrow, again and I can only imagine how many masterpieces of yours are yet to come!
Very inspiring work of art so far!
Thank you for sharing them with us!

They are Indy figures indeed.
Thanks for the compliments all!
It's great fun upacking them, there are so many I have no recollection of making.
Furthermore, there are quite a few I took apart that are going for silly prices on ebay now...no regrets though!
-
Really fun set of customs. I particularly like your Moroff, the Pote Snitkin tunic is a great addition. The Mon Cal build is really nice too. Welcome.
-
Wow, more great work. Back to the front pages.
-
Outstanding work! Thanks for sharing!
-
Thanks everyone!
He're's another recent one: a Talz I made with the Moroff body.
-
and here's an old one: a full repaint of one of my alltime favourite figures Ephant Mon!
-
Incredible work on both! Again, I really like the color pattern you work with! This technique puts much realism to your customs! Talz and Ephant look outstanding!

Introducing Lev Ostor; smuggler of all.
-
Looking good! Are you also working with resin parts? Also the accessories in the background are nice! Are these wooden boxes from Schleich or some of this tiny treasures series from Michael's, Dan reported on before?
Really like all the alien customs you showed us so far!
- Philipp

That Talz is interesting. I like the paint job. It's a bit amusing to me as I recently did just the opposite, using a CW Talz body for a super articulated Gigoran.
-
Wow, I have been off for a day and come back to see all these great new customs. Off to share some of it.
-
@ Darth More: I don't work with resin parts (yet, I'm experimenting) and those are the Schleich crates as you mentioned.
@ Starchaser: one page back I have the reverse figure; a Gigoran head on the Thi-sen body
Here two more, both from a long, long time ago:
-
Here an experimental one: I used a Stass Allie head backwards tot produce, I don't know, some sort of plantlike or sluglike alien skiff guard.
-
That Vong looks nice and gruesome. Awesome.
Off to the front pages again.
-
Love the skiff guards. I might steal your idea with the stass allie head, I think I have an extra.
-
Nice paint jobs on these. The reverse Stass is creative - I like the concept. I did wonder about the body under that Pote Snitkin tunic, but didn't assume it was Thi-Sen.
-
Thanks for the compliments and by all means, use any ideas you get. I've stolen a good many customizing recipes through the years!
Up next a couple of gladiators:
-
Looks good to me. Back to the front pages.
-
Great job on these. I really like the color that you get in your paint jobs - most excellent. I also really like your use of Rum Sleg's name :)
-
Excellent repaints and phenomenal designs right there! I love all of them! Your Desert Skiff or even the Khetanna would look so awesome with all your custom Skiff Guards!
- Philipp
-
Thanks!
I do have a desert skiff, but as a European collector the Khetanna was impossible for me.....the 400 that were sold on ebay recently were gone in like 10 minutes and I unfortunately did not get one....who knows, maybe they'll decide to make some more and I will be first in line! The one ship I always wanted as a kid (and still)....
-
More skiff guards!
-
I like those skiff guards, great job! I especially like the red Dresselian.
-
Thanks!

Yes, that was crazy and not fair. I expected Hasbro to have at least 800 units left and that they would sell them in bits...but the way it went that day was a catastrophe! I desperately hope Hasbro will produce some more now that they have the molds! It's the license to print money! And let's keep our fingers crossed that the next HasLab project will be open worldwide.
I just saw that you're from the Netherlands! That's so cool! I actually don't live far away from the border!
And your latest set of Skiff Guards is phenomenal! Hasbro could take them as they are and release them as the next Special Action Figure Set in The Vintage Collection! The colors you use four your figures look very authentic! I like all the color variations, which put even more diversity to the Star Wars Universe!
Fantastic work there, thanks so much for sharing it on here & best regards from Germany!

Awesome, more great Skiff Guards. Let me go share this to the front page and hopefully Facebook later if it starts working for me.
-
Excellent work. The colors are fantastic! What are you using for paint?
-
Great work! Nice use of colors!
-
Your latest Skiff Guards turned out excellent.
Great mix of colours.
