Its on the front page right now. Chad even decided to let me in on the news that Retaliation was moved to 2013! It was great fun and thanks to Clint and Dayton for podcasting again. We didn't loose it this time!

Well it looks like we have worked out our live problems. It took an extra computer and a different room and better internet to pull it off, but it looks like CAFN will be live from here on out circumstances permitting.

Another great show guys! Thanks to Stitch Fett for making time to do this and sharing all the knowledge he has aquired over the years. I have read the tutorial and had done some of the same thing for a arm gauntlet, but it is great hearing directly from each person live. I also love hearing everyone painting techniques and it is cool how many of us are doing the same thing, painting everything black then adding the color. So many great points brought up and covered, you can tell what a perfectioonist he is and that is what makes for the best work. Thanks Stitch!

^^^ Yeah a flat black basecoat FORCES ya to paint EVERY part of the fig... am considerin' tryin' to Rit dye my figs as an alternative to paintin' a basecoat

Get ready for a new roundtable this coming Thursday Evening at 6:15PM Eastern. This time out the topic is diorama building and we are lucky enough to have the following customizers on the docket: Spooky Mufu, Wardog, R1bb1t, and JTrooper. If you have any diorama questions get them on in here and we will try to accomodate them, but I made a doozy of a show outline this time. There might even be a special guest show up while we are talking.

I want to know what materials they prefer as far as wall textures for Tattoine buildings. Is it glue or plaster or a mixture of the two? Then how do you apply those materials?
How do you avoid warping of the walls as the material dries? Finaly will this technique produce movie accurate textures or something close enough for action figure scale.
