I have been remiss again. Dana paid same minute the deal was done. I mean same minute.  It is nice to deal with someone who acutally knows how to deal. If he says he wants it he pays for it with no runaround and that is nice to see nowadays. Thanks Dana.

plus 2 for DRS, I forgot to add one for another deal he completed. It is nice to deal with someoe who actually has money when they say they do and pays on time like they promise. Top notch buyer.
