Alright I fixed up my softgoods vest Boba. I dipped him in boiling water and ripped off all the armor and old vest. Then I took a dremel with a sanding bit and thinned out all the armor. Made a new vest from better cloth and made sleeves and reattached the armor. Then I drilled a hole in his back and got the proper jetpack to fit (Fett Evo).

last pic... as soon as I get the dremel bit I ordered I will start making another Boba and Yoda. Next will probably be Jango.

Tom, I may have to butcher one of my Mando chest pieces to get some of those parts. I love all of the parts that you have assembled and just seeing the pics has my juices flowing. Looks like you have a good assortment of weapons there but I was thinking that he could use a short sward or a dagger, kind of a utility tool/weapon. As far as colors, I was thinking about something that would look good playing off of the colors used for the latest ee comic mandos. Perhaps a couple of different shades of brown for the undercoverings and a complementary color for the armor. a darker green, perhaps. Some cool emblems would round it out nicely. Nothing big if you don't want, just something small on a shoulder plate or on the chest.

Hey Tom

Mate adding the leather is perfect and will work really great and this is already shaping up to an awesome custom.  As for colours I was thinking one these match's

Dull Red - Green
Medium Blue - Grey
Red-Grey

As you know I like Matt Colourswhen doing mando's but glossy colours would work especially for trims etc.

Yout Bobas rocks.  I am excited to see your next project completed!  Is the leather not too thick to bulk up his torso,  That would be my concern.  Great idea!
