Hey everybody!!

First of all i would like to introduce myself, my name is Mike Martinez owner and the man behind mercury art studios.

I'm an artist and professional action figure customizer which means i customize action figures full time!! I been customizing professionally for about 6yrs on a numerous range of genre based customs such as ANIME, MANGA, 80's & 90's cartoons, movies, comic books, video games & even fan creations for those who want their own custom based on either a story or their own brainstorm.

O.k this is pretty good for the 1st update!! LOL!! I am sure you will enjoy it i have more stuff coming technically i was supposed to have some death troopers completed but i ran out of black cloaks and capes for DARTH SCABROUS so as soon as i SEW one up i will post those on here as well!

This is like the like the 6th version i've made of her, the base figure has remained the same, the headsculpt however and accessories have varied but i still like it i hope i get to make one for ME some day;)

THANKS A BUNCH!!! The torgruta idea came from DARTH DADDY he made like a togruta family and i was pumped up to make my own, i have a few more species of jedi on the works as well, i'm shaking this STAR WARS BUG OFF lol!! I just get those moods where i focus on one thing until i get a nother itch, LOL!!

I will share some Marvel customs on here eventually this way everybody can see whats up i am currently working on a 6 INCH SCALE FULLY ARTICULATED GALEN MAREK he will be a sight for sore eyes!!

Honestly i've only done a couple, it's not because i dont like them, but mainly because i don't have the time or don't get any commission requests for them, however i do plan on making DASS JENNIR AND FINN GALFRIDIAN DROIDS to accompany my personal customs.

really nice paint apps on your stuff man, i don't repaint commandos or customize them however i do plan on making some republic commandos eventually, so let's see what happens.

Yah you know, i get that alot!!! I only do w.i.p shots on like HUGE HUGE PROJECTS that seriously require tons of sculpting like right now i'm working on a 8 INCH HULKED OUT WOLVERINE the ammount of sculpting on that seriously required w.i.ps, but i promise to give you guys some WORK IN PROGRESS SHOTS SOON.

Hey buddy, your DARTH SCABROUS WILL BE EITHER AS GOOD OR EVEN MORE BAD ASS THAN THAT ONE!! PROMISE!!

As for the CLONE SKULL HEAD i cannot take credit for it, my buddy BRIAN SONS made that custom head you can buy it at ONY PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS he has some really cool head casts and he is definitely tackling more stuff!

Thanks for posting me on the front page dude! I love the ROC BARONESS AS A BASE, the heads well pretty much every head i come up with simply is a different vision of Zannah, I ran out of cloaks for my SITHY FIGURES but will be stocked up very soon.

The lightsaber is custom made too!!

WOW! Thanks on the kudos bro!! Gotta have a DOOKU STORY LINE i mean they came out with a QUI GON JINN STORY they can definitely shed some light on dooku, and syfo dyas those would be awesome to see in a story line

Yep i actually bought several myself for 2dls a piece, including some TERMINATORS for 1dls a piece...headed there next weekend 1hr drive each way.

As for the NEMODAK it was SCABROUS u were talking about i messed up on the pictures, but got the right one on there now.

Lemme know what u think of that one!

SITH LORDS TOURNAMENT FIGHTERS

Where they bring SITH from all realms like the novels, video games, comics and maybe some new ones! To do some serious a$$ kicking!! With combos and force techniques never seen!! Could u imagine ?? CAPCOM VS MARVEL but with SITH LORDS??

Dude i swear i ran this idea with a friend who is a game developer and he was like dude that would make MILLIONs!

You could simply tell he was a great man, if you read through all of his posts. We lost a fine member of the 'Yards, and simply of the world. May he RIP. May his family also find comfort and financial security in this time of dire need.

I can't believe it!! He was just on the pod cast, his love and pure joy of customizing could be heard in the pod cast!!

This make me physically ill!!!

I hope his family finds the strength to deal with this!!!
