We don't normally allow images from imageshack as they are prone to have links attached to them and the last time I went there, I got a nasty virus.
If your camera has a vga resolution setting, you can upload vga sized pics directly to our server using the additional options tab at the bottom left when you are posting.

Or you can Try photohosting with photobucket or flikr, the latter one is what I use.

from that album, click "share this" then click "grab the html/bbc code" then go within the code and copy the image code. You will need the code from http-jpg

If you click to modify this post, you can see what part of the code that I grabbed and using the insert image control above the emoticons, "its a button that has an image that looks like framed painting" Insert the image code in between the two bracketed img tags
