hello there! ,Wraithnine reporting in for another review.
This time its Cmdr Bly from the Clone Wars
I picked this figure up from Staractionfigures.co.uk where it sells for £8.95
Bly appeared in mainly the Clone Wars episodes :"Jedi Crash" & "Defenders of the Peace"
and served chiefly alongside Jedi General Aayla Secura during the clone wars and was rumoured to be involved emotionally with the Jedi General herself ,altho he showed no qualms about assasinating her on Felucia when Order 66 was authorised.

once again the figure has the Nahdar Vebb mail-away figure redemption forms

the figure is primarely a repaint of Capt Rex with some differences ..
The helmet is based on the new Echo/Droidbait sculpt with the thicker visor

Also the head is a new sculpt and the hair is textured and painted as opposed to Rex's painted hair

The pauldron is also thicker than Rex's and less flexible .

ARTICULATION: As i said he is pretty much a repaint of Rex ,so has ball jointed:head,shoulders,elbows,wrists,torso,knees and ankles and swivel hips
Paint apps are clean and precise and they have remembered to include Bly's facial tattoo's,he comes armed with 2 x DC-17 blaster pistols which are sited in holsters moulded into the kama and are removable,

and also the obligatory DC-15A which came with the push on attachment which only comes with the single missile and not the grappling hook thats packed with Rex .

overall this is an excellent figure and a welcome addition to any clone shelf 9/10

I can't believe I actually passed over this one once. I really don't collect the Clone Wars figs, but I'm really regretting not getting this one!

Got him last week . Great review and Bly is a really nice figure from TCW wave.

I finally found him. And am happy to have opened him. Found at Target with another Aayla Secura and Jek, both which I also bought.
But I still hink they could have added something in the package with him... the rocket launcher or a Jetpack like they packaged with Aayla Secura would have worked nicely.
The coloring does seem a bit darker, more golden than I expected.
