Looks great. Honestly I had to Google what a vault dweller was, cuz I'm not with it. Lol. It looks spot on with what I saw. I'm interested in where things will go from here.

Thanks JD and LOL I keep forgetting that there are people that don't play Fallout and I'm thinking of giving this guy two sets of armour which will be a leather one (first pic) as this is usually the first type you come across in the game.

The second type I'm looking at is a partial military armour (second pic) as I use to wear this type a lot.

I too need to research this environment and game more. Looks fun.

Wow, drastic change from the original figure. Off to share.

Hey Ron - your final version of T-45 turned out really well. I'm really interested in the new project as well. Using the paint wash is a great idea. You could use the same figure base and wash process to do a member of the Bespin Wing Guard. (BTW - '68 was a great year to be born).

Cheers buddy and yeah Fallout is just one of those genres that you can build whatever you want and as long as it looks and feels like the genre it's all good.

Thanks so much mate and yeah the body and clothing would be a good choice for a Bespin Guard especially if you like cloth goods. The wash was the best choice besides dying the clothes as I didn't want to damage them trying to taking them off.

Hi All,

Note - I have attached a pic before each armour set as I used them for references for both armour sets.

My vault dweller now has two sets of armour, He has simple leather armour and combat armour. The simple leather armour is made using pleather, plastic card, pouches, shoulder armour and holster from other figures.

The combat armour is a cross between Light/Medium armour and has been made from plastic card, Bandai Stormtrooper armour, pleather and pouches from other figures. The Pipboy is still a WIP and so far has been made using plastic card.

The laser weapon is from Funko's T-45 power armour figure, the rifle and revolver are from a Madelman figure and the 10mm pistol is from A Mezco Batman with alterations done using plastic. Once the Pipboy is finished I'll start painting and weathering the armour and weapons.

Damn, that's looking great!  The idea for interchangeable armor is awesome, I think that's what's wrong with figures today, not enough interchangeable accessories. Anyhow, thanks for the reference pics lol. I'm so out of it, I thought Instagram was an online dating site for senior citizens.

I really like how things are looking so far. The armor is shaping up well. I'm impressed with the skill you show in designing scratch built elements like the pipboy. Really excited for the final product.

Another winner my friend.
I can only agree with JDeck. The interchangeable armor is a brilliant idea.
I can't wait to see the finished figure.
