Wow, Ron this is really nice. The paint job is just outstanding, I particularly like how the horses turned out.

Cheers buddy and the horses I was very happy with and they are a awesome kit especially being a very old kit.

Hi All,

Started on a new 1:35 dio yesterday and I'm doing a Panther Ausf A from Tamiya and it will be in France 1944.

The a tank is almost done I just need to add some more tracks on the turret and add the crew and add the foiliage to her and then start on the dio.

Cheers Shawn and once this is completed I'll be starting on a SW Scarif dio 1:12 scale.

Wow, the paintjob on this Panther looks amazing, Ron! Can't wait to see what kind of diorama you make for this one. It'll porbably be done even before I'm done writing this comment.

Thanks for sharing! I really enjoy your WW2 theme!

Hi All,

The dio 80% completed I just need to do the figures and then paint the edge of the dio.
The tree's were done using twigs from the front yard and I then used Woodland Scenics fine leaf foliage to do the leaves and the smaller trees and bushes are also Woodland Scenics fine leaf foliage.

I used static grass or the base of the ground work and used small grass tufts from Army Painter. The base ground work is a mix 50% spakfilla/ 30% dirt/ 20% sand and once applied I let it dry for 2 hours and then painted and weathered it using Vallejo paints and pastel chalks.

Man, I knew I had to be quick - I even messed up my spelling...so the deco on your Panther already was a foreshadowing of your diorama and...surprise: it looks excellent!

I really like your mini dioramas which just highlight one model or one specific scene. The road looks top notch and the deco on the Panther goes along with the environment perfectly...obviously...I'm trying to say that the tank is masked very well!
I love it and wish you a peaceful weekend!

Best regards to down under from over there!
