It looks to me to be a stylized version like that new X-Wing, but at over two feet long it isn't gonna be too small. Thanks to Yodasnews for the image:

Really what bs Hasbro just pissed in their hand and slapped all of us in the face...this better not be the item the esb fans are going to need to "change their pants" hasbro mentioned earlier this year. I mean come on look at all the wasted potential in that thing you cant even put figures in it from what i can see.
-
Already have a BMF. Don't need another.

Me too, however, if I can get it for a sweet price, maybe I take it.
I have a Millennium Falcon collection, so this could be a nice addition to display alongside with others models / toy line.
-
Do you think this is a new BMF just repackaged or is it something new?
-
It seems that this one doesn't have the three missiles in the front so that's one difference. I guess we'll have to see the inside.
-
I heard its solid plastic an that means you can't put figures in it bbfet

Yepper, its like that new X-Wing. The thing doesn't even open up. What a shame! >:(
-
Not even the cockpit????? If so that is totally lame. I don't need a giant model. Some people will still buy it. I feel bad for the ignorant parents that buy it not knowing that you can't even put Han and Chewie in the driver's seat.
-
If its cheap enough it might be cool to cut it open and see what you can do with it. Wouldn't that be a cool customs contest. Take these new larger size vehicles that are hunks of plastic and make something out of them.
-
I'm not sure about the accuracy of Millennium Falcons, but if decently accurate and not to expensive, this could be used as a replacement for the big and uber expensive Master Replicas version - with a repaint and some weathering most likely.
-
I am sure we will see a lot of this at Comic-Con. My hope this is not the hold onto your underwear thing they we gonna showcase at SDCC.
-
Well here are some larger images (courtesy of our friends at Rebelsucm) and the detail looks good. Man, the thought of no actoin figures that can fit in this is awful though! They should have given this some retractable landing gear at least. Oh well, I don't think most will argue the $40 price point and there are Walkers on the box! :P

No figures can be put in it, but I did read somewhere that it's not a solid chunk it's hollow. At $40 dollars this is certainly worth a look.
Guys, I come to this site all the time and witness no less than miracles being preformed on sub-par Hasbro offerings. (can I get a witness!)
This is prime, especially if it's hollow, to cut to pieces and redo in different configurations.

Hasbro's research team reports that kids do not like articulated figures nor vehicles. ;)
Seriously, the outer hull looks like it might be quite detailed, so a repaint could help this look amazing. It just won't be me buying this sucker.
-
After doling out the coin for the BMF Legacy version, I don't know how I can condone another large box in a place that doesn't have any more room. Still, it does have Walkers on the box. They seem to be boxing this one a ton better than the Xwing verson.

Nor do action figures of female characters sell. :-X
I agree. If I wanted a sizable Falcon to hang from the ceiling with a couple of TIE Fighters behind it, this woild be the baby. I wouldn't waste a BMF as a decoration.
-
I dont keep the boxes so it is ok, if it is hollow it would be a great hanger. My bmf was too heavy and has to be on its gear now, i guess it could get the white/blue paint job like the prequel
-
I do like the hanging falcon idea
-
A great model for a custom conversion. The details are very well done (except the missing side walls ???)
But with the help of a 3D printer and a complete new repaint, this toy could look like a studio scale model ;)
-
Wouldn't it be cool to run a custom contest to see what different things folks could do with this?
-
I just got a message from Hasbro with some high resolution images of this bad boy:

I still think she has potential.
However, I do wonder why Hasbeen didn't just take out the lights and sound of their original 2 foot offering and cheepen' it up a little instead?????
-
If you can't put figures in it so why buy it. That is what my kids are saying (girls/boys)
-
I don't even see the point. >:( These new rebel action figures are worthless. i will never pay 10 dollars for a plastic brick and i won't pay fifty for a bigger hollow one.
-
the sculpt is great, if it had landing gear i'd be in it for diorama fodder, maybe some loose parts on ebay from the last M. Falcon will do.
-
I will be interested to see what price point this goes for.
Anyone interested in a custom contest to fix the inside of this bad boy?
-
Still dont see the point in this if it cant hold a figure
-
The only thing is a plus is that when you flip it over the roof will not fall out of place.
-
No doubt this a gamble on Hasbro's part to see if we will take a larger scale vehicle that doesn't fit action figures.
Probably the same research group that said kids don't like articulation was the same one that said this would work too. ;)
-
The real problem with this Tamer is it isnt going to sell and then they stop making vehicles cuz of it and say "vehicles dont sell"

that thought did cross my mind.
-
I don't know why but whenever I look at this Falcon, to me it just screams its made from cheap light plastic.

You can already preorder it at Walmart.com.
For sixty bucks I would hope it would as least be quality plastic, not that soft junk.
