i was thinking Evolutions Boba Fett, Legacy wave 5 Ben Kenobi, either 30th TAC w/ obis robe or Legacy 08 wave 1 for Darth Vader, and VOTC for the rest. if u can think of any better versions let me know.

More or less spot on; but I have a couple differences of opinion.

I prefer the Early Bird Chewbacca to the VOTC--just my personal preferences on head sculpts--neat hair and closed mouth.
I strongly disagree on C-3PO.   ;)    My vote goes to the Saga 06 version--fabulous sculpt and knee articulation.  That figure almost made C-3PO cool...almost.

On chewie the hoth battle pack from last year had him with his mouth closed, all others I have seen had his mouth open, but I prefer it overall cause he seems more likely to be standing behind han in the quiet moments.  Not sure if that one had been released before or not. 

Not sure if it is the same as the VTOC but the 3PO in the chair is my fave of that one. 

R2-I actually love the clone wars one, just wish he was in realistic colors. 

Fett is a dead tie between the evo and 30th, I know its the same mold but I can't deside which paint job I like beter.

Although the VTOC is my fave ANH Han, My fav han is the VTOC with the endor jacket, I love it.

In a similar vien my fave Leia is the ESB wave one from this year (Which used the same body at the VTOC reportedly). 

Ben was nailed with the Legacy one from this year definalty. 

Pretty much VTOC from there.

I agree with you on the the 3PO version.  It's too bad the 3PO in the ewok throne wasn't out when the VOTC line was launched because it is way better than the VOTC version.  The VOTC 3PO is actually pretty terrible.  It's the only one in that group of 12 I didn't buy 2 of.
