Thanks a TON, for adding this tutorial,   I have this program but never used it,   I actually started it today with your tutorial and am beginning to make a vid on my build up of my swamp speeder.

I forgot to add to the video that when you've finished and you want to publish the video always select "Save to Computer" there is no need to reduce the file size as YouTube allows files up to 2Gb I believe. My movies never go over 200Mb. With broadband a download takes approx 30minutes for a 10 minute movie.

Got 'er loading in another tab right now.  I've (obviously) fumbled my way thru some of MovieMaker, but I'm thinking having a tutorial from an experienced user will be a major help.  Thanks!

Did anyone in the states see a British program called Bring Back Star Wars with Justin Lee Colins? the guy tries to get stars of Cult shows and movies back together...

The episode was slightly sad as everyone looks really old, Hamil is resentful and Ford is above all this but  Carrie Fisher was a lot of fun and the British contingent were all game!

Here is a link to the shows web site: http://www.channel4.com/programmes/bring-back/episode-guide/series-2/episode-1 (http://www.channel4.com/programmes/bring-back/episode-guide/series-2/episode-1)

Here is a link to the youtube search, take  a look. http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=bring+back+star+wars+justin+lee+collins&search_type=&aq=f (http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=bring+back+star+wars+justin+lee+collins&search_type=&aq=f)

The latest Darkchild Movie is now completed. For those of you with a fast enough internet connection it is available in 720p HD on You Tube. For those that don't the movie is still best viewed in full screen as it has also been optimaised for lower bandwidths as well.

Enjoy!!!

Somehow, it's not surprising that I am feeling more than a little giddy after watching this one. I mean, i came away with the whole butterflies in the stomach feeling.

Jules, you have really done it, this time, my friend. The whole way that we look at photonovels will never be the same again and, as was expected, you have once again raised the bar on the whole experience. I thought that the soundtrack worked perfect and gave us the vintage Star Wars feeling like you wanted but still felt new and not overused. The flow of the story was spot on with plenty of time to read the dialog when your eyes weren't riveted by the action or stunning visuals. Your use of fade and out of focus objects worked just right and the whole streamlined animation was awe inspiring. I don't know what else to say other than you should be proud of this latest masterpiece chapter and I am proud to display it prominently on the front page.

Thank you, Jules, for sharing this with us. I am going to soak my head in a bucket of water, now.

Jules, Great effects you knowledge of film work and just the detail in the rays of the sun on the hood of the ships was great . Need to ask a question on Images How do you bring a back ground into PS CS2. Besides that the movie is awesome like the cockpit look and just the in and out of ships

Thanks a million!

Post by: Tamer on February 05, 2010, 01:39:27 PM
Uh Jules, what you do is total customization, just with another form and you have always made vehicles and figures for your stories. There is nothing not to gain interest from any facet of the SW fanbase and it is just plain cool.

That is more than true, Jules. I was showing off your latest chapter to a friend last night and he was commenting on the great customs within. I told him that you were a talented custom maker but that your true shining talent was in the photo editing, animation, orchestration, and conception of these gob smakking photo novels that you do. Remember that this place was not created to center attention to Star Wars custom makers. It's more like they came and took over the place, LOL. " and I do love it "
