THNX 4 all the great feedback on these 4 WiPs... I hope to have 'em all finished in the next week or two & hopefully I can get those 1st 3pgs. of images reloaded this weekend (I gotta pay the yearly membership to photobucket to retrieve them - only place that I stored some of those pics!!!) That ARF/91st Recon fig has been a WiP for over a year now & has gone thru multiple incarnations, but, I think I'm satisfied w/ this combonation :) --- Tamer - THNX for all the FP exposure bro :)

Excellent work on this! Is that a Cade Skywalker comic pack trench coat? Looks like this fellow is expecting some heavy resistance what with all that armor! "Chewie and me have gotten to more heavily guarded places than this!"

Not a Cade Skywalker coat - it's from a GeneratorX villain (Van Kleiss ?) I got on clearance & the arms are from a Hoth Han w/ the forearm armor grafted from a Joe SnakeEyes "Tornado Kick" (same as the lower legs) - the torso & shoulder armor are from a TFU SithStaker - boots I really couldn't say & the head is Daniel Craig from GoldenCompass

Cuttin' the jacket out to fit around the SithStalker shoulder part (was left on the torso) was a beeeotch!!!

I recommend that you (and any other customizer who doesn't have one yet) spring for a dremel! Now that I use one I can't imagine ever making figures without one! It would probably have saved you some of that cutting on the coat.

I actually own 3 Dremel rotary tools, a plug-in 2 speed, a rechargable variable speed & a micro that runs on 4 rechargable AA batteries... this just required some good ol' fashioned, primitive, precision w/ my X-acto :) --- It really didn't take too long... I placed the coat on the torso & then carefully carved the shape, using the shoulder armor as a "guide fence" --- I just really took my time, b/c I only had one shot & it had to line up perfectly --- gluing it in place was a bit of a challenge as well... OH! & I had to trim down where the lapels meet the armor for a snugger fit (it was warping & not lying as flat as I wanted...

"I'm Mighty Tighty Whitey & I'm smugglin' plums..." --- obscure Bloodhound Gang reference - LOL

Yeah, he almost NEEDS a helmet... It'd suck if he got shot in the face - LOL
