Well so I acquired some new mini-photo lights (early birthday present) and decided to put them to use in this latest update. I finished and shot all of the Alien Legion customs and they're going to be posted eventually. In the mean time I decided to work on a project i have on the back burner and that's a new Star Wars story to be told through text and photographs using all new Star Wars characters created from pieces of existing Star Wars action figures. While not all the characters from the upcoming series have been developed and created and photographed I have most of the main cast created and photographed for a never before seen sneak peak right here on ISY!
The working title for the story is
Star Wars: New Saga, as it is a new Star Wars Saga taking place during the events of the Original Trilogy or right after, though not involving any events depicted in the films. The first of three installments:
A Chrysalis Opens begins with our hero Kallyn Marx coming to on the deck of a freighter. Kallyn is unaware of how he arrived there, what freighter he's on, who he is other than his name, and what happened before he hit the deck. The freighter's crew members don't know him and are suspicious at first, but eventually they band together and help Kallyn to piece together his past all the while getting into misadventures. There is an evil Sith sorceress in league with the Empire hunting them with the aid of an Imperial commander, a smuggler king and his henchmen, a Rebel Alliance Ambassador and her body guard/pilot, some Jedi, a Gamorrean sidekick, some droids, and plenty of action! Did i mention the freighter is called the
Jade Fossil? The ship that Kallyn wakes up on has a checkered past, an awesome crew, and a worn green paint job!
