Well I struck out on getting a new Sith Trooper Exclusive even though I had him in my cart (it was actually a few minutes before noon), but while checking out he sold out. Bummer!
Then I tried the Fett and he was sold out.
However, the Luke 3 Pack is still there even after a day!
