here is my first try at a custom action figure. His name is jedi Knight Titus Hunt. While patroling the sector around Lotho Minor, Titus Hunt's ship was ambushed and shot down. He made a crash landing on the junk planet but was injured badly in the crash. His face was severly smashed and he had to use his light saber to cut his left arm off at the elbow to get free from the ships wreckage. Lost and injured Titus Hunt would not have survived without his Jedi powers. He spent several years on the junk planet and in that time he built himself a new arm and a droid friend to talk to named R2-PU. He was finally rescued when a trash ship happened by his area of the planet and spotted him. Titus Hunt is a true survivor and a Jedi Ranger.

Awesome! I really like how this turned out! Great job! ;D

Looks cool! The Jedi has a "steampunk" vibe to him!
-
They look good to me. Congrats. Time to go to the fp.
-

Awesome job on the customs and the back story.

My next custom figure installment is Darth Infectious and the Legion of the Dead. Darth Infectious is an ancient Dark Jedi that fled to the Void of Chopani after the Sith defeat at the battle of Ruusan over one thousand years ago. Darth Infectious learned to manipulate the dark force to keep his body somewhat alive. His body is disgustingly rotted and full of plague, a single bite will turn his victim into a mindless savage zombie. For a thousand years Darth Infectious has hid on a uncharted planet in the zoid plotting, waiting, and building a army of the dead from poor souls that happen to venture upon his planet of the dead. The time has come now for him and his army to wreck chaos across the galaxy.

Kickass zombie Sith! Did you use those "Corps" figures for the body? I like that space suit kinda look he has very cool!
-
Nice job on these!
-
Looking good! Darth Infectious has some interesting attire: is this a body you had lying around or did you put some sculpting work into him?
-

Thanks, Yeah these are those Corps action figures they make great zombie foder LOL and there is a few bits of sculpted pieces added for effect :)
-
Nice. I don't think you can get enough zombies. Back on the front page.
-
My next custom is Darth Chemos, his paint job could have been better but my son wanted him to glow in the dark, and the glow in the dark paint is not the best paint to work with. Darth Chemos was once a young Jedi named Jin Citro. A short time Before Obi Wan went to investigate Kamino, Jin Citro had landed on Kamino due to his fighters Hyperspace engines malfuntioning. Upon landing he discovered the clone facility and decided to have a snoop around. Jango Fett jumped the jedi catching him off guard and blasted him in the chest before kicking him into a vat of embryonic chemicals and leaving him for dead. Jin Citro was kept alive by the chemicals and his anger using the darkside of the force. He crawled out of the vat transformed into Darth Chemos. He fled Kamino in his weakened state vowing revenge on Jango. His revenge was taken away from him by Mace Windo when he cut off Jango's head, but he found out Jango had a son named Boba, and he has been chasing Boba ever since.
-
He looks incredible, and on the front page!
-
"And you thought Darth Vader had asthma!" Hahaha awesome! i love how Darth Vader has spawned entire generations of Sith both past and present and future that have to wear masks and breathers or have cybernetics. "More machine than man, more wheezing and choked than a young farmboy in a sandstorm"
-
Very nice!
-
What's better 'n zombies? Star Wars zombies! Good job.
-

LMAO The Darkside is worse than pneumonia.
-
Darth Chemos is cool. Like the back story.
-
Very cool Sith!!
-
Great job!
-
Just a simple repaint I really like alot and thought someone might like to see it. I had to have a red Mando!!!! I call him Marec Dred his nick name is Blood because he always brings his bounties back dead.
-
Great customs! You're contest entry is gorgeous!
-

Thanks Darthdaddy, my son loves your name by the way ;D
-
Wow, love the new Red Mando. Back to the front page with you.
You seem to be good for at least one good news story a day! Also need to get this on our FB Page.
-
Loving that mando and speeder! Very nice work!

Ditto!
Excellent job!! :)

This custom figure is my idea of a teenaged Boba Fett. I wanted to give him the look of a cocky young gun, with light body armor (with some of his later coloring scheme already begining to appear). He hasn't got all the cool gadgets yet but he does have his trusty blaster. I like how he is portrayed in the clone wars series but I pictured him just a bit different in my mind.
-
Cool concept bro! I have a TOR (The Old Republic) era Mandalorian WiP that I'm plannin' on paintin' up this weekend... it is a lot "busier" than your teen-Fett custom... but I too went w/ a less gadgety version... plenty of soft packs & NO rocketpack... you did a VERY NICE JOB on this 1!
P.S. You had asked 'bout that rifle on my 91st Recon ARF sniper... I been holdin' on2 that nasty lil' beauty for a while now - it came from a UNIMAX Crysis2 fig & they are gettin' a bit hard to find in stores, but, ya may be able to order 'em online still... I am actually considerin' hittin' my caster friend TofuJesse up to possibly cast a few of 'em... :)
-
I like the new Boba. It'd be cool to see an evolution of him from young lad to full grown badass.

Thanks Bl4ck5h33p! Yea a young guy thinks he is bullet proof and would rely more on his speed, its only as we get older and wiser we know were not invinsible and would start making up for less athletic ability with our brains and gadgets. Its a damn shame that rifle you had on the sniper is rare, I fraking love it.

I feel ya on the older part (I'll turn 42 in Aug.) - but I don't know 'bout the "wiser" end of that spectrum... I used to box & my nephew (who is 16) wants me to train him in the ring - we went to the gym & I got all geared up, felt good, did some warm up & then got N2 the ring to spar w/ him... I went easy on him b/c I probably got 25-30 lbs. on him... I was soooo sore the next day! He is a good pupil & has REALLY fast hands... good thing I'm a counterpuncher :) ------- & if Jesse aint too busy & can cast some of those rifles, I'll send 1 to ya!
-

Boxing the only true sport. My brother in law used to box, fittest 50 year old I ever met. Hell yeah just let me know if you get a rifle I'll send ya some dosh or something in return mate ;D
-
I like the teen Boba...well done!
-
Love that Boba! Nice work mate :)
-
My next custom is a repaint of Gi joe Agent Helix, I just don't know why hasbro gave such a nice figure such a for lack of better word strange paint job. Anyway I colored her hair and gave her top a sexy red color, and girl got a fine makeover lol. Anyway I renamed her Aayla Xero and she is a deadly assassin.
-
ZERO/XERO! She's a 10 bro! Nice repaint - always kick m'self everytime I see a Helix - now ppl want a pretty penny 4 her...
-
Nice job on her! :)
-
My latest customs are a pair of droids made from scraps I dug out of my sons old happy meal toy box.
-
Very inventive, crafty & frugal - good job bro... Great minds think alike or we're on the same wavelength... I just slapped a droid 2gether last night too... I'll post some pics of it L8R on 2day...
-
Great repaint on Agent Helix! I really love the droids! They are right up my alley.
-
Very inventive on those droids!! :)
-
I love the trash to treasure concept. Back on the front page.
-
Some very creative stuff here!! I gotta say Titus is my fav so far, I really like the head on him and the story.
-
My latest custom figure is a sratch built retro Sci-Fi (sratch built because I spent this months custom budget on a Dagobah X-Wing Fighter for my son :) ) I been reading alot of H.G Wells lately, So I thought I would try to build a figure that is my vision of the aliens that drove the tri pods in War of The Worlds.
-
I should make a book, 101 uses for a flower pot ::)
-
That's crazy cool! Like the veining... >:D
-
Neat use of household parts!
-
I been reading alot of H.G Wells lately,
Any chance we might be seein' some Island of Dr. Morreau / Time Machine styled customs...?
-

Not until payday lol!!!
-
This is cool, i'd like to see a pic of the alien attacking a stormtrooper, that would be cool too

HAHAHA!!! As you requested Ghostskull ;)
-
HA HA! Good obedient troopers... they never stood a chance...
-
Awesome! Thanks! ;D
-
My latest customs are a pair of Wolfpack Clones to accompany my favorite Clone Commander Wolffe. My goal is to show other novice customizers like myself, that you need not be a Picasso to turn out some cool custom Clone Troopers, You just need a steedy hand, A bit of imagination, And a nice set of Decals doesn't hurt :)
-
I have to be honest, your basic, cost effective approaches are really hitting home with me.
I would love to hear you talk about some of those on a podcast sometime. Look for this on the fp soon.

Thanks Tamer ;D Well my next economic project i think is going to be those little Ewok dudes and some sort of huge tree village, depending on what the wife will allow on the back porch LOL. I plan on it being weather proof and also a nice patio decoration. I am currently bidding like mad on loads of the little buggers, they are realitivy cheap, easy to get, and there is no end to the possibilities of customs you can do on them, different colors, patterns, and equipment. I want this village to be epic, I hope to get at least 100 Ewoks for this project. I always felt that there must have been thousands of them, for them to be able to overwelm the Imperial troops.
-
YES, I love the tripod tribute! Love the use of the flower pot and other objects that would normaly be thrown away. You have turned it into a very cool pice of 3D art.
Your troopers look great and I too love the decals you added! Nice work my friend.
-
Dude! I'm WAY more excited about the prospect of an epic Ewok diorama than I should be! For some reason, I've had Ewoks on the brain for the last six months and have had to stop myself from buying loads of them. I don't know why I'm into them lately, but I cannot wait to see what you do.
-
Wolfpack troops look really nice --- Ewoks... cute, furry, vicious lil' critters... sounds cool :)
-
Another nugget I heard yesterday is that ToysRUs is getting an exclusive ewok pack so that might help too.
Udpate on the fp.
-
Love the Wolfee Pack Troopers, great work!!!
-
Very nice paint deco and signage on their armor! I prefer blue on troopers and you've detailed these nicely.
-
Awesome!
-
Great looking clones!!!
-
Love them or hate them, Ewoks are fun to customize and paint. My son joined in with me painting these Ewoks, it was fun showing him all the painting techniques, his is the grey one and I was shocked to see how well he did, I guess I'm a good teacher lol. I hope you like these because I have many more Ewoks to customize and paint for the village I'm going to build.
-
A group photo
-
Wow, great three-pack. Also its great that you got your son involved and that grey ewok looks great. Off to the front page.
-
The Ewoks look great! Im useless with figures,I think my little paws are too small for the details and I just end up with paint in my fur! LOL! ;D
-
Awesome ewoks man :o
-
Really cool customs, love that your son is making the Ewoks with you. Kick ass.
-
Now that my son is helping me paint, The Ewoks are "multiplying like tribbles" We are going foraging in the woods tommorow for supplies for the Ewok Village. This has been a very fun project so far.
-
Awesome stuff! The Ewoks are fun and it is great that your son is really getting into it!
-
Hey Wheeljack! I really like these ewoks. Tell your son I said nice job! On the FP.
-
VERY VERY COOL.....Love these Ewoks ;D
-
The white Ewok reminds me of Gizmo from Gremlins! Don't feed him after midnight!
-
Wow, you are really cranking them out! Nice. You won't need that new ewok five pack the way you are going.
-
See, this is why I got excited about this project. Custom Ewoks are awesome. You aren't helping my unhealthy desire to accumulate a bunch and do the same.
-
Thanks all! my son is very happy with all the good feed back.
@Darth Go on do it!!! You can't resist the Ewoks :)
-
Great job on the Ewoks you're gonna have one hell of an Ewok army
-
Great customs, Ewoks are my faves. Plus I love the on-location photography!
-
I had to take a break from the Ewoks, my son came up with the idea to make Starkiller from a Duke head on a Cobra soldier body, but he wanted me to do the painting and sculpting for him. I really like how this turned out and I'm sure he is going to get played with alot.
-
That Starkiller mod looks great! I'm not into doing versions of known characters, but I may have to try this one. Also, QUIT WITH THE EWOKS! LOL. I've had an urge to do pretty much what your doing and yours look awesome.
-
Ah yea! That Ewok Catapolt is awesome! I love second hand stores for picking up fodder. Your Starkiller looks excellent! My son and I love that character.
-
Very cool Starkiller!! :)
-
With so many Ewoks on my work bench, I just had to make a Zombie Ewok for my Darth Infectious Zombie Army.
-
Now this is cool as all get out! Back on the front page. Can you imagine the Ewoks on Endor at that battle instead of using sticks and stones using their teeth!
-

Y'know, one thing that always creeped me out about Return of the Jedi? The Ewoks were totally going to eat Luke and Han and Chewie.
...What happened to all of those dead stormtroopers after the battle?

that's a really good point, i always thought that the ewoks weren't as cuddly and nice as we were led to belive
-
Good point, no use letting good meat go to waste!
-
Cool and creepy!
-
Ooooh, very cool! Great dremeling and sculpting! I love the necklace and medalian.
-
A few more pics of the zombie ewok, the other pics didn't show the hole in his head properly :)
-
My favorite Sci-Fi series has got to be Red Dwarf, and I always wanted some Red Dwarf figures. Yes I know Cat is missing, my son found out I was making the Red Dwarf crew today and just had to have them now to play with. So I took pics of these guys now and will take pics of Cat when he is finished. Hope someone even knows who these Red Dwarf guys are LOL!!!
-
Rimmer, Lister & Kryton! Cool! Lol! :)
-
I absolutely LOVE "Red Dwarf"! Very nice job on these figures. I have plans to do these characters as well somewhere down the line as well along with a ton of Scutters and Kochansky(sp?).
-
Very nice. I can't say I am very familiar with this series, but I like the look of the customs. Back on the front page.
-
Hell yeah! I loves me some "Red Dwarf"!! So smeggin' cool!
-
Delurking to say "curses!" for beating me to the punch with this! I've had the boys from the dwarf in planning stages for a long time. :D These came out great though, what head did you use on Rimmer, that's not a bad match at all!
-
Now all that's missing is the cat :D Awesome!!!
-

Dan I used a Officer Cass head. I can't wait to see your Red Dwarf customs.
Now all that's missing is the cat :D Awesome!!!
Cat is in the works :)
-
After my son saw Hangerbay94's Sith Padawan, I had to make my son a Jedi of himself. So I give you Jedi Knight Cho Kenn and his Padawan Pierce Sunray.
-
Great job on them!
-
Not familure with Red Dwarf but the customs look cool. Love the 2 jedi customs! The one of your son is going to be the envy of all his friends.
-
Now you just need to do Ace, :)
These are awesome.
-
Nice team and even better self-portrait for your son. Fp'd!
