I definitely agree with that. Not that I mind the Clones, but wow some OTC love was way past due.

The Snowtrooper and the E-web are $150 each. Ouch. Wil lget them but from retailers and not SS.

The eyes seem a bit too small. Otherwise it looks great. Hopefully it will be on a good body and not a rag doll body anymore. Don't care about the exclusive rifle at all, it didn't appear in the hands of an ESB Snowtrooper = don't need it. Will order a Snowtrooper at other retailers and maybe an E-web too.

BTW some details for those interested: 501st Legion: Snowtrooper (http://www.501st.com/databank/Costuming:TS_snowtrooper) and Profiles in History Snowtrooper (http://issuu.com/profilesinhistory/docs/hollywood49pdfreduced?mode=window&viewMode=doublePage) page 355.

The screen used ESB Snowtrooper in the above auction:

I bit on both. There went $300, but by the time is actually ships I ought to be ok and have built my SW Account back up again. I couldn't resist the Exclusive Version. That E-Web looked fantastic to me too. I have a feeling the PF will sell out quickly in that it includes the vintage rifle.

I don't mind the mask is made of solid plastic instead of vinyl, just imagine what could happen to a low quality thin vinyl sheet over years. The original ILM Snowtrooper vinyl shroud looks ok after these years but it is much thicker than it would be in 1:6 scale. Plus to have a vinyl sheet in 1:6 you need a good quality material and to be a head under it to hold it = price up.

Wish though the eyes were bigger and to have some kind of an option in designing the helmet's shroud not to be identical on all troops if you have more than one on display. I ordered my regular at Razor's and thinking of the E-web Cannon but I simply don't see $150 there. $150 is half of a good quality 1:1 helmet, not a 1:6 plastic toy. Will think about this longer

I have to admit I kept this pre-order, but cancelled the E-Web Blaster. It was as much as the daggone figure!

I think we will all be pleased with this.

I got mine earlier last week too, expecting it any day now. Wait till you get started on Sideshow, the quality is simply unparalleled. Course they are expensive enough.

you guys are killing me with this sideshow stuff. Man, what a line of wonderful figures! Hey, I just went on ee and couldnt find any. Do they not carry em any more?

Sideshow stuff? Should be all over ebay Clint, but if you are talking Snowtrooper they are just now shipping so I wouldn't assume any are listed yet. That will probably change in a week or so.

I know one thing. I haven't seen one of their Clone Trooper offerings that didn't look stellar.

Got mine today, this thing is sick!

While I dont really like the way they packaged the accesory trays the figure is steller!

I'll post pics tomorrow.

I got mine today and while I haven't opened it yet I do agree this one looks stellar. I can only hope they do an AT-AT Driver and show such attention to detail. I almost bit on that e-web cannon but for the same price as the figure I just couldn't justify it.

for those of you who's snowtrooper has a very loose grip, the boiling water trick works to reshape his grip.

Good tip. I am also hearing some complaints of a fairly thin hood on the helmet.

I forget where I read where one reviewer said the helmet fabric was thin. Looks good to me though.

I think if it was thin, it would seem more realistic. That shot is killer, spooky.

So spooky. ;)  I've had mine for a few weeks now, and I wouldn't call the helmet thin.  Delicate maybe, but not thin.

I don't think it looks inaccurate at all.

Hey did anyone drop the 150 on the E-Web? Thinking I am gonna wait for a good sale or something along those lines.

This figure is just stellar in every way, nothing too thin or fragile on ot at all, they even designed the wrists so they are harder to break!

I read the exclusive is now sold out so its the secondary market if any one wants it now. Id like the eweb but its just too expensive

I hear you Scott, I had it on preorder with the Trooper, but cancelled it. Seemed way too steep.
