Childhood Photos--Fandom through the ages!
« on: April 09, 2012, 11:25:50 PM »
Hey guys. I was going through some photo albums, showing gf some cute baby photos and scoring major bf points (great way to do that, btw). When I stumbled across these very dated photos of myself from my childhood. I must have been about 8 years old and had been home with strep throat for the first time. My dad and I decided to kill the time to recovery by creating a custom X-Wing. Could it be my first custom??? Probably! He helped engineer it and I did a lot of the drawing and coloring. He then helped me put it all together and created a 2D Ithorian-looking creature on a swoop. Pretty awesome of dad, I must say. He always made being sick a lot more fun than it really was.

"I've made a lot of special modifications myself..."

You can't tell from the photos but it has a Trandoshan pilot...
