If you are asking if anyone has seen the action figure? I seriously doubt it because in this last round of Hasbro Q&A they said he got postponed until a later wave.

It does look like a CDR Stone body with different hands and feet articulation. I havent seen it yet which isnt surprising, but my son has found and purchased both the Firefighter droid and Magnaguard, so wouldnt that be in the same wave and releases timeframe?

I havent found any of them.

No, that figure was a late scratch from TCW Wave 3, due to "production issues". He is slated to appear in a subsequent wave later this year.
