This is LITERALLY my biggest custom: it's a modified Boba Fett Halloween costume I made for my son.  He wears it to conventions as "Zeo Bloodmoon".  Every costume contest he's entered he's placed in the top three, if not winning.  He is insanely popular as a photo-op whenever we attend a con.  I know this isn't a cosplay site, but I couldn't resist...especially as his character is the son of one of my figure customs (Zedge Bloodmoon, seen earlier in this thread).  These pics are from when we first debuted the costume a couple of years ago.  It's since been modified w/ more greeblies, accessories and light effects.

Bucket off, game face

He's holding a thermal detonator!

Kill tallies, helmet sigils

Helmet sigils, other side

Chest plate says "Family, Honor, Freedom" in Maximal script (alphabet from "Transformers: Beast Wars)

Love the costume!!!

Great job!!! Great to have a kid who like to dress it up at a Con!!!

My son and I hit the Con's here in the New York area but he won't dress up!!!

It looks like alot of work went into this , so you should win!!!  If you ask me!!!

Keep up the great work on all your "customs"!!!!

Rich

We're (slowly) working on Mando costumes for all five of us (I don't count the oldest, as she's 25 and only here because she needed a place to live while going to beauty-school and getting a divorce - she rarely participates in ANYthing the rest of us do :P).  But SW cosplay is a most welcome entry at the 'Yards, as far as *I* am concerned. ;)  Great-looking outfit!

Thanks, everyone.  The costume wasquickly  pounded out in the course of a weekend.  If (when) I were to do it again, I'd put more care/time into it.  I am nowhere close to building a suit, but I think I can repaint  a premade one no problem.  People's favorite attribute from the suit are the mohawk of spikes on the helmet, and the spikes at the bottom of the T-bar representing fangs.

The ninja Mandos: cool!

Awesome, awesome work on the Fett costume for your son!  Not only really cool looking, but what a great way to get family involved in SW...sounds like a lot of fun in your household!

Light side, dark side...meh.  Just give me a lightsaber and a blaster and I'll take care of it!

Here is an alien TCW style Mando w/ custom swoop.

Fariyo, Kyuzo Mandalorian.  Hailing from the same species as the bounty hunter Embo, Fariyo races into battle on a heavily modified swoop.  Unlike most speeder bikes or swoops, the rider lays prone on the vehicle, rather than sit upright.  This allows even greater speeds to be reached, with greater control.  The modifications Foryo made to this particular swoop are 1.  The replacement of the original repulsorlift with a unit from a hover truck.  This increases the lift-to-mass ratio.  2.  The addition of a heavy repeating plasma blaster between the front tines.  3.  A seeker-comm unit which allows the swoop to come to Fariyo when a beacon in his armor is activated.

Terrific execution on the Kyuzo mando: great color choices!

That is one heck of a sweet ride!  Absolutely love it!

Most excelent work Darth Optimus! I love the custom figure and am crazy about that speeder! It looks like you used a GI Joe motorcycle and added styrene for the front steering veins. I also see the part that comes with many CW figures with a cap on it in the back. Great idea and execution!

That is a killer looking Mando. How great to know that head can fit that helmet. The bike is awesome too. I like how you took the bike and completely transformed it. It was difficult at first to see you used a Ram cycle.
