Where do peg warmers that dont sell go to if no one buys them?

Just curious if the peg warmers get tossed, I know the get clearance first.....but even after clearance I've seen some figs still loading the shelves all of a sudden disappear one day and there were too many for someone to swoop in and get them.

Out Here in Md. I've seen tons of Figs at the Goodwill. and a store called $5 and Below. Mainly all the C and D characters but once in a while the A and B cast show up.
