Shipyarders pets
« on: December 29, 2008, 05:56:52 PM »
I thought that it might be nice to start a thread for the yarders to post pics of their pets.
I will start out with a couple of Christmas pics of my crazy Manx cat, Nubber. (so named for her nub where a cat's tail should be)

And here are a couple of shots of a couple of my dad's cats.
The first is the 30 lb bohemoth named Redman. The second is a mounted bobcat that he just picked up at a gunshow and pulled out right around the time I started snapping Christmas pics. Redman was none too impressed with the bobcat. I thought that this mount looked pretty impressive. What say you, Chad?

Good idea Clint. I will try to get some updated shots of my behemoth up tomorrow. I think Merlin may be able to put a run on your dad's cat. That bobcat mount looks good to me.

Here's a pic of my German Shepherd aptly named Vader out in yet another of our snowstorms tonite, (that's another story but we had 45 inches of snow just in Dec alone.)

Vader is a nice looking pooch there, Wayne.
Here is a shot taken this fall of Nubber spooking over our Halloween decorations.

We have 6 cats around the block of flats where I live now. We'll bring most of them with us at the new house. Pics later

Here is a couple shots of Nubber lounging around in a way that a tailed cat wouldn't. What a goof.

;)  The one in the 4th photo was named Rambo, he was very angry every time you could only pet him when asleep or with your gloves on. Like a tiny dog  ;D

Well we broke down and got a little kitty last month.  Got him from the Humane Society.  He is a handful and he likes to bite and bite hard.  Not too fond of that, hoping he will grow out of it soon.

In the middle of unpacking from my florida trip, look what I found in my suitcase.

And, this is what you get when you try to read the Sunday paper.

Wow, that is some growth in your suitcase and newspaper Clint! Daggone I need to snap a few pics. I wonder how Chad is making out with that new kitty?
