Now, this is yet another fantastic custom of yours! The headsculpt looks really great! I was distracted by the color of his armor, first. If I could give it a name it would probably royal curry or golden mustard. You matched the color perfectly with the original shoulder piece. Thanks for sharing and please rock on! Your work is always a highlight to me on here.

Custom 3D Printed 3.75" TVC Scale BX-Commando Droid! Fully articulated from head to toe and custom paint job done by me.

Review of the 3D print...

Articulation: ***** (5 stars)
Durability: *** (3 stars)
Color scheme: ***** (5 stars)
Build work: *** (3 stars)

Summary: This is a super articulated figure for a 3D figure. The downside is the plastic. Many of the sockets broke while trying to shove the ball joint into them. The main issue for this is the 3D printed material. If a higher quality flex resin it would not have been an issue. The detail is astounding at this scale. Back peg hole makes it possible to mount droid backpacks or vibroswords.

They have clones, droids, and 40k figures. Not sure how the more human characters look in person bit I think those would be a pass. The droids are on point in appearance so far. Far more articulated than Hasbro.

A touch of brass, white, and Tamiya weathering dust (silver/gunmetal) makes this droid pop...

I have a second one coming from another printer, who is using a flex resin. I'll post that one too once it arrives. See if it's better or worse.

I'm supposed to be getting another commando droid from another seller from Facebook. Known as "Moff Glideon's Customs" - due to the delay in my order he's throwing in a second commando droid for free. If true and legit, awesome service.

Thank you, sir. And yes, 3D printing changes the game. If they weren't so complicated and expensive, I would invest in one tomorrow. They are still up there for a good quality printer.
