Title: I want to send a PM to another member, but the forum won't let me...

When I tried to reply to a PM sent to me, the message said, "Your words do not match the picture," and I was unable to send the message.  WHAT picture?  There is NO picture!

Hello and welcome to the Yards! You have to post 10 comments in the various forums before the PM feature will work. There is a ton of stuff to look at so hop in the forums and let everyone get to know you.
