I’m currently working on a large scale project, I’m working on a Imperial garrison for 6 inch figures and will be an epic scaled project. It features my own created 229th Battalion lead by Major Dietrich who is pictured here I still need to fix his rank badges but the rest of him is complete, the battalion will feature the following, tons of imperial Stormtroopers, and Imperial Army Personal as well as Imperial Naval Support. The Base is going to be huge and will encompass 1 room in my house wife approved lol will also feature large amounts of custom figures and very large scale vehicles as I am currently working on a Imperial-class 1-H repulsortank let’s just say it’s massive, and will be part of the Imperial Hammers Led by High Colonel Zel Johans the two figures pictured are Major Dietrich and the black and white R2 is known as S2-C1

The Droid is part of the Stormtrooper Corps I found it in deviant art created by Marcus Starkiller on deviant art, I made a droid very similar to this in one of my old YouTube videos jawatrader1980 he was blasted and destroyed and a dedication to my personal friend Wraithnine, who you all know loves droids and this new version is a dedication to him as well.
-
That officer is pretty awesome looking.
-
Thanks I really appreciate that, he was an intense labor of love lol, he is my commanding officer of the 229th.
-
Next up we have R2-A9 mostly seen in behind the scenes shots and very briefly in the Death Star Hangar bay in ROTJ.
-
Another ROTJ Astromech that I can’t find a designation number for us this little guy.
-
Next up we have a custom droid made from the extra parts from a R4-I9 kit, no designation as of yet.
-
Forgot the pic lol
-
Custom AT-ACT Driver made from a Shoretrooper
-
Extra bits of goodness, can’t go wrong with a stock pile of DLT-19’s and SE-14r pistols. Plus mad Stormtrooper hands lol can never have to many......ok so maybe you can I have 66 different hands for different things
-
Nice job on these figures. Dietrich looks appropriately grizzled, really well done on this figure particularly. But the whole lot is good. It will be something to see this command develop.
-
I agree with Starchaser and JD! You didn't promise too much by announcing your 6 inch army! I really like your attention to detail and accuracy regarfing the Astromech droids! It's great to learn about the behind-the-scenes stuff! I also like how much inspiration DeviantArt provides.
You got one serious arsenal there! I'm very glad to see collector's and army-builders having so much fun with the Black Series!
The head sculpt and paint apps on Dietrich look phenomenal! I also like your dedication to Wraithnine and SithLord229. Steve has finally announced a new review for today at 10 am EST.
You are one lucky man with your hobby room being "wife approved" - great stuff to come! I'm most excited for your custom Imperial tank!
Welcome back, thanks for sharing and all hail the Empire!
Salutes from Germany!

Thanks guys I really appreciate the compliments, and Tamer this is my secon go around on the yards I was originally DS-61-2 a long time ago, I’m finally back after a lot of personal issues have been resolved and back collecting more than ever, I have just finished a new droid as we speak
-
I give you all my I.S.B Assassin droid as seen on deviant art from Marcus Starkiller he has a lot of really great ideas, I need help with a designation for this little guy he is one of the Empires finest.
-
I thought your forum handle sounded familiar, but didn't want to assume.
Great new astro-mech. Love the colors. Off to share on the front pages.
-
Just started working on my newest Stormtrooper Corps. Droid S2-D7,
-
You are off to a good start.
-
I agree. Those droid parts look very sharp/high quality! I suppose these are the kits from Bandai?
-
You would be correct, Bandai has some of the best as far as figures go and here are a few with the panels painted
-
I have a few touch ups to do but looking good so far
-
I agree, such straight lines, don't know how you folks do that. Off to share the update on the front pages.
-
Thank you sir, I’ve managed to pull off getting the imperial cog just right on this little guy as it was an important part of what made S2-D7,
-
Really nice paint job on this guy! The imperial insignia looks great.
-
Thank you, I really appreciate that. I am trying to work hard on bringing the 229th Stormtrooper Battalion to fruition, there is a lot of personnel and background characters that need fleshed out but it’s going to be absolutely huge lol,
-
Nice! Off to share, want to leave more comments but running late for work.
-
Where did you get the Imperial cog from?
-
The cog
Came out of the Stormtrooper kit from Bandai I have a lot of these things laying around and nothing to use them on until I found these two droids from Marcus Starkiller and then bingo Stormtrooper corps droids with imperial cogs, great idea to
-
Just finished S2-C1 he now has his cog cut and placed so all the panels will open and the cog will be on the open panels as well, that was very time consuming. Still need 3 more Astromech droids for my Stormtrooper Platoons,
-
Looks good!
-
Thank you, I try lol
-
That turned out great! Off to share on the front pages.
-
Got my death trooper in the mail today, from Hasbro no green on the helmet disappointing but that’s ok that’s why I have paint brushes lol this is the first coat with holly branch green as a base
-
And this last image is with German Intermediate Green from the Panzer series, had it left over from all my German Armor I put together.
-
Nice. The green looks good.
-
Thanks looks a lot better in person, really a important part to the look of the Death Troopers so I had to add it the figure felt wrong because of it.
-
So much better. You paint such clean lines too. Wish I had that skill! Off to share.
-
Very good, if Hasbro got it right every time, there'd be none of us here.

Point. Set. And match.
-

That is so very true, but then again we would still find things to make even if they did it’s what we do lol

Thank you, it took me a lot of years to get half way decent at painting Warhammer 40k helped a lot and then working on Tamiya 1/35 German armor
-
Great looking droids very impressive work, well done!.

Thank you I did learn from the master when it comes to droids, glad you took my advice and came back my friend now do me a favor and name my ISB Assassin Droid no one else I trust more than you when it comes to droids.
-
Started a new custom Imperial agent based on a old Wizards Of the coast mini, the idea was pretty solid but wanted him to look like more of a bounty hunter type,
-
After the initial blue and the second coat of grey/blue mix and black shirt I have the body armor test in place to see how it looks
-
Looking good. I think that this will make a great figure.
-
I sure do like what I see so far. Off to the front pages.
-
Thanks guys I appreciate the positivity, way to much negativity these days
-
As I am working on my gotal assassin I side tracked myself making a new imperial officer head lol, here we have Lieutenant Halder of the 229th Stormtrooper Corps rest of him coming soon lol, he served under General Dietrich and is known to be very brutal and efficient.
-
Looks tough to me. Off to share.
-
Looks good. I like the "scruff".
-
Looks good. I like the "scruff".
Thanks, I just improved on what was already there, I’m trying to flesh out the 229th Stormtrooper Corps as well as my 138th Imperial Armored Battalion keeps me busy lol, and trying to get it done in 1/12 scale it’s going to be epic.
-
Ok after a few changes here we have General Dietrich and Major Halder of the 229th Stormtrooper Corps also pictured Is Commander Derlin of the 229th he is one of the company’s Platoon leaders.
-
Here we see the 229th Squad Alpha being briefed by General Dietrich and Major Halder as well as Commander Derlin. Squad Alpha is commanded by Sergeant Coler and Corporal Leyser. I’m still waiting on the Pauldron’s to come in for these two but this is one of my 229th complete squads,
-
For Commander Derlin with his trusty T-21 I still need to add a few more bits to make him more individualized and not just a run of the meal trooper. He has been hand painted. And a I will be adding a few more bits as I’ve said to bring him more to life.
Corporal Leyser uses a DLT-19 with deadly precision, I am waiting on his Pauldron and a few bits to bring him up from just a basic trooper as well.
-
Very nice. I really like your Officers. I could so see some AT-STs to go with. Off to share the latest.

Thank you sir means a lot to this WV country boy lol, I’m currently working on a 1/12 1-H Repulsor tank for the 138th Armored Battalion the let’s just say in the 6” scale it’s pretty darn huge. So for my Imperial Garrison I have the 229th Stormtrooper Corps. and the 138th Armored Battalion each I’m trying to do soldier for soldier so it’s a long process and takes total dedication I will have an update later on my Gotal Imperial Assassin as my pieces have arrived.
-
Received my package today from Outer Rim Traders, for my Imperial Assassin, these are very high quality products and I highly recommend for all your 1/12 scale custom needs lots or really awesome products available. I can’t say enough about these guys. Now on to getting him finished.
-
And presto finished Gotal Imperial Assassin hope everyone enjoys he was based loosely on the W.O.T.C miniature.
-
Still have a few touch ups on his armor and a few minor things here and there.
-
Very nice. I like him. Off to share on the front pages.
-
Your Gotal turned out really well. He could have a really cool back story. I might have to imitate this build in 3.75". Keep up the good work.
