We're going to my In laws to watch the game on their 60" DLP HDTV in full Hi-Def. As for who I want to win, it's the Saints, and here's why:
My wife went to Purdue the same years that Drew Brees did, and he hung out in a few of the same circles as she and her friends did. I even sat at a table with him and had a beer once, with others there as well. On top of that, I am an NFC fan over the AFC, and a HUGE underdog fan. Since the Saints have never been, I'm pulling for them all the way!
That said, I'm not concerned with the Colts' D, as they have their flaws. They can be dangerous, for sure, but I still see Brees picking them apart when he wants to. He has too many recievers to cover just one or two, so SOMEONE is gonna get open. Reggie Bush and Pierre Thomas are damn near unstoppable, and I see them shredding for 75 yards apiece at least, with a touchdown apiece. HOWEVER, I WILL not count out Payton Manning. When he wants the course of a game to change, he makes it happen. He's a winner, and he's got steel resolve. I'm predicting a high scoring game: 35-31 Saints.
