Awesome video Clint! That backpack is sweet man! Can't wait to see the chain gun mod. The only thing I would do different is not chew gum. haha

Ha, my chewing is quite audible, isnt it?

Time for an update. I spent alot of time wrapping up the detail painting on the figure, his backpack, and that roc joe pouch today and I am tired of detail painting. I threw a couple of water transfers on the modified backpack. the upper one came from one of Jay's warhammer decal sheets "yes, I know that the space marine emblem is quite obvious but I thought it looked neat" and the second came from a 1/72nd armor kit.

time for some pics. the light is questionable in some of these. If the sun comes out tomorrow, perhaps I can find time for some outdoor shots in the snow barren waste of my back deck.

Here are a couple of close ups and a shot of the mini gun with one of the grenade launching options mocked up under it.
I played around with two or three different greebly ideas for this launcher and for this version cut a scorch leg ammo piece in half and stuck it to the bottom. Now the problem with this piece is that it lacks some detail on the other side but if I incorporate it, I will of course add some detail bits which might cover the other side. I guess I could always make another piece like this for the other side and glue em together to make a twin launcher type affair. What do you guys think?

OMG, looking at these pics, I just seen a detail line that I completely missed.  Ugh!

Clint, this RC is freaking awesome! Your detail lines are are a sight to behold, I commend you on such tedious work. The Backpack looks just right and I love the decals. I scoured your last pics and was wondering what the missing detail was? The only thing I could find was a bit of white showing under his chin. Very well done my friend!

Yes the detail is stunning.  What is the dust all over him?  Are you going to put a dark eyelid line over his pupils.  I did that to the head you sent me on my Waxer fig and it made him look less stunned or surprised.

Thanks guys! No, LE, I missed a crescent shaped armor line on one of his forearms.
Lucasclones, I'm sure the dust is from my cutting or grinding on resin at the same desk. I plan on setting up a different desk in that room for working on resin. I do have eyelid lines above his eyes but they are kind of a medium brown instead of black. I will try to get another close up shot in better light to show it.

Sithhappens, thank you sir, I am continuing on with the gun mod and have decided on the twin launcher approach.

Rich, thank you, my friend. I'm glad that you like him.
