It is indeed, LE!
Sorry for the delay folks, been working on orders but am closer to getting caught up again.
In the meantime, Jay had asked for more pics of the phase 2 arf trooper "at least I think that was the figure you were asking about, Jay?"
Here he is posed with an original deco cw atrt which is soon to be part of Jay's collection. "the at-rt, not the arf"

After shooting these pics, I got to thinking that another phase 2 arf would be fun to do so, I threw a helmet onto the same 2-pack rex figure that had the phase 2 rex pauldron to see how it would look. I'm thinking Phase 2 arf trooper commander.

no, buddy, that is the factory original deco for the first release. It does seem to go with the arf's paint though. I had not planned on that.
Thanks fellers!

I wasnt sure if I should put this here or in my parts for sale thread.

I painted up one of those 25th RPGs that I have been casting up.
the one on the top is the factory 25th RPG where the one on the bottom is one of my castings painted with testors and vallejo acrylic paints and sealed with a matt varnish. flat black with a drybrushing of gunmetal, a mix of rust and flesh for the wood, and german green grey for the projectile with a darker version mixed to accent the recessed areas.

Clint, as I flipped through the pages of your thread, AND being familiar with your work, I wasn't surprised at my difficulty to find a favorite custom, as too many fell under that category. My list of favorites in this thread would rival many encyclopedia publishers work, if I were to put it down on paper, and would most likely bog this site down, if I typed it out.
I would say "Keep up the great work!", but I have a feeling you were probably gonna do that anyway.  ;)

and finally, I have caught up enough to get some painting time in. I painted up the femando's solid cast helmet using the same colors as her body wears. I am considering giving her t-visor some bare metal foil but am not sure. I think it looks ok like this. I can see by the one shot that some touch ups are needed in the back.
