Clones, I can't tell you how amazed and astounded I am by your work, could you give a rookie a hint on how you do the weathering on these amazing customs?

I'd love to know how you do the weathering to.  I heard Jenn say that you use India ink and alcohol to do your weathering in Episode 10 of KRR, but how?

Sure:

I have a little glass pot with a sgrew on lid. I fill it anot half full with rubbing alchohol and put a small amount of drops of india ink, the kind you use for drawing. I test the solution to make sure it is the darkness I like. Wraith9 syas it best: "it should look like dirty dishwater". Then I brush that on. The alchohol dries fast and helps to penetrate down into the cracks and crevisses. I make some really dirty by drybrushing on black paint. If you do this have a rag handy and make sure your brush is super dry. I often go over this with the alchohol solutio too to complete the effect.

Awesome self portrait!!

I started your custom and got a lot done on it.  I just have to do all the fine detail work.  I'm definitely stepping outside my comfort zone on this one and I'm hoping it will all pay off.  I can't wait to show you the finished results.

DD: I cannot wait to see it. I feel like a kid on Christmas eve!

Guys: Thanks!  I was going to put the ARC head back on after taking this pic but now after looking at it I think I am going to leave it like this permanently!

Now all I need is a Tamer figure and I can do video announcements for CAFN using the figures as us!  I think that would be cool!

Looks great Chad!

I need to figure out a way to get my hands on that toysrus pilot head that he used for my custom. I wonder if Tunghori has any?

On the front page.
