We have been finding a lot of new stuff at our Targets the last couple of days. New figures from the Vintage line, the new Republic Attack Shuttle.... we have some good stuff to start off the next season of the KRR.

Check this out in the Retail Stores Thread. JTrooper found the new TCW Dlx packs for a little over 4 bucks at target. Wait a minute I will go quote him and move this here.

UPDATE: This new news is already on the fp. I hope folks head on out to Target to see if they can get lucky like JTrooper! And J, thanks for spreading the word. You might save folks a ton of money.

Hey, I believe you because when I went to get the new target three pack of bounty hunters they tried to charge me $25 till I was able to show them they should be 2o. See, I don't have luck like you and have the brand new stuff come up at those cheap prices. Wow, you sure got lucky.

I think Jt got there before the local scalper did - because I *betcha* a store-local price change was made to get them that low.  Regardless of HOW it happened,!!!  Heckuva deal, bud!

Made an hour+ run to Target today with Ad'galar. (that's ONE way, btw)  Struck out on the deluxe vehicles, but they had a lot of empty peg-space and I overheard an associate telling another customer they would be resetting the toy dept later this coming week.  I *did* manage to score a Bespin Han and a RFT!  There was a Logray also on the peg, but to me, Ewoks rank right down there with Gungans and Skinnies.  They had quite a few of the 3-pack specials, too, and some of the Geonosis Arena pairs - but those were still $13!!

I hit a Target, a K-Mart, three WalMarts, and verified the TRU Express in the mall was closed up.  In addition to the aforementioned figs, we also nabbed 5 boxes of SW gaming minis, 2 Super Soaker waterguns (for parts in making costume Mando blasters!), a Saga Ughnaut (1st version), 3 GI Joe figs, a steel water bottle, a set of darts (Ad'galar needed new darts), a pair of 10# weight-plates (so I look GOOD in my Mando costume!), a can of "runner's mace" for my wife to carry on her 8+ mile runs thru the national forest, and a "bed-chair" for #1 daughter who likes to read sitting up in bed.  I spent NO money at K-Mart or at Books-a-Million and we managed to not go into Hobby Lobby.  :D

Wonder if I can pull off a trip to the Target an hour in the opposite direction any time soon...

Well you had some good scores there Doc.

I sure hope you keep us updated on that Mando costume. I would love to see a step by step. ;D

I was *kinda* disappointed in only scoring one each of the new guys and very disappointed in a lack of Fordo and vehicles, but I'll live.

As for the costume, the funny thing is I'm assembling all the extra bits first - weaponry, belt-pouches, etc.  The actual armor is a long way off.  But you bet I'll be doing a step-by-step of it.
