@DD - I think that is one of the nicest things anyone has ever said about one of my customs, so thank you very much :)

Ok here's the first of today's finished figures! It's my NJO Grand Master Luke Skywalker...



I always wanted to see an older Luke figure and I was really disappointed with the evolutions pack Luke. So I've upgraded him! I've stayed with more traditional robes colouring with this build. I've used the head from the new Bespin battle pack , with greying hair added. The body of the Evo NJO Luke, robe and arms from a comic pack Kenobi and added a blade to a ROTJ deactivated hilt. (The one that came with the Evo Luke was a bit pants.)



I hated this headsculpt on the battle pack Bespin Luke, but it seems a much better fit on an older Luke, I was really taken aback by how much better it looked with a hair repaint! Well I hope you like him - and he's my first completed custom post my 37th birthday lol!

Happy Birthday Ray! Sorry I am a bit late. You are doing some phenominal work man! Love the cold weather Obi-Wan! Love the design and the colors you chose. The older Luke is just perfect. Love the choice of robes and you are right, that head works nicely!

Great work on that older Luke! I have that very same "head" sitting on my desk and now Im sure I need to repaint his hair. Killer job!

That is, hands down, the best post RotJ Luke I've seen.  Really.

You nailed everything about the figure, from color choices to the robes and head sculpt.  In fact, I'm now kicking myself for passing on the Bespin BP when I saw it a couple of times over the past month.  I'm pretty sure with distribution as spotty as it is in my area that I won't be seeing it again anytime soon.  The Luke head sculpt was about the only thing I liked about that BP (and I couldn't justify $25 for just one head sculpt that I liked).

Loving what you bring to the table; keep it up, man!

Thank you for the FP and extremely kind words guys :)

I'm really happy with how my Grand Master Luke came out - and to have positive feedback from some of the guys I hold in the highest regard is awesome :) This next guy will be my last custom for a while. My mojo is kinda burnt out at the moment - and I should be spending more energy / cash on my house and family. I'm not leaving the customizing game (I still have a Leebo and Snoova on my bench and a few others.) just taking a break from it...Also having the flu at the moment doesn't help!

Anyhoo I don't have a name or much of a back story for this guy - Other than he is a healer from the NJO. He was built out of parts from my fodder bin... Enjoy...

Every single one of these latest updates look fantastic.  I was going to mention how great one figure looked, then I saw another, and another, and was blown and reblown away by each one. Every aspect ( photography, posing, customizing, etc.) looks superb. I really could go on and on about how much I love this. Seriously love it!
