New Republic and Imperial Pilot Wings Redesign

Hello All,

I took the liberty of redesigning the Pilot wings for the New Republic and the Empire. I tried to give them more of a "naval" feel as opposed to the Air Force feel of the last ones that I did.

The Gold Wings are for the Senior Pilots and the Silver Wings are for the Junior Pilots. I also did a quick rendering of what the Senior Pilot's Wings would look like on a Military style flight suit nameplate for Luke Skywalker using his X-Wing markings as the background.

Please let me know what you think. The Imperial Wings will be posted soon. Also, if anyone wants custom nameplates, please let me know.

Cal this is another great idea! Very well done man, I love it! As I am a huge fan and army builder of rebel pitots I would be honored to have a name badge if you can make time for it! I love the way you incorperated Lukes wing markings into the last image. Bravo!

From top to bottom:

Senior Imperial Pilot

Junior Imperial Pilot

Senior TIE Pilot

Junior TIE Pilot

Also, a sample nameplate using the Senior TIE Pilot Wings for Col. Soontir Fel featuring the 10 Kill Bloodstripes usually seen on the Solar Panels of the their TIE Interceptors

Done on request for Luke Sprywalker, here are two different styles of Rogue Squadron themed Pilot Nameplates personalized for him in both Aurebesh and Engli-Besh

Thanks everyone, I'm glad that you like my work. In addition to just the nameplates, I can also offer what I call a complete set. It includes a Squadron Insignia, a Squadron specific air/spacecraft designation insignia and 2 differently styled Squadron Nameplates.

Here is a sample using Skull Squadron.
