Yet another WIP from me - although this guy is almost finished!

In my Aliens RPG our ComTech character AJ has been specially selected by 'the company' to be the test subject for a psionic-link with a sentient AI soldier. 

The soldier droid is codenamed 'Hound.' Heavily armoured and about 9 foot tall Hound is a full on war bot. However things start to go wrong when AJ stops wiping the droid's memory after each mission and he starts to develop a personality of his own...



The first pic has the flash turned on to show the face/eyes off...



Here's another pic showing the figure with more natural lighting - the Bot is actually a nice military OG colour...

And here he is finally with my AJ USCM figure to show his comparative height!



Hound is clearly based on the Gen1 Transformer of the same name. Still to come is a shoulder mounted missile launcher (with a genuine Hound rocket) and a genuine Hound blaster rifle! After Darth Optimus's great Dino Mandos I thought that I'd try crossing Transformers with Aliens!!

DUDE!  You know I love the cross-genre works!  I have a set of Mortal Kombat/Star Wars figs (in my head) and a SW/Thundercats mash-up actually on the table.  I have your Colonial Marines pasted in my favorites bar and they continue to be an inspiration.  My jarhead team is slowly taking shape.  Keep up the good works!

Really nice job on this one; the natural lighting is my favorite pic of the three.  The "used" metallic look is perfect.

Hey DO - thanks for the kind words! Glad you like Hound, and I can't wait to see some more of your crossover work!

JM - thanks for the feedback too! The 'natural light photo' is my favourite too - I've added a few, small military transfers to him too now - just a few more touches and he'll be done

And finally, cheers for the FP Tamer! My wife actually writes some awesome Aliens fanfic based around our RPG characters. She plays AJ and has yet to meet hound!

Next crossover WIP inbound v soon!

Righto! Looks like I've got wips than completed figures at the moment!! But here is my third and final Centurions/Star Wars/Blanx cross over. I've spent the morning assembling himself from various other figs and greeblies.



I'm calling this guy "Colo" he is the teams underwater specialist - he is based on the third original Centurion "Max Ray." 

I've taken a number of pics during the build and am happy to share them if folks want to know a bit more about using the Blanx parts with older SW figures...

And to prove that I can actually apply myself and finish a job!

Here's Hound my Aliens USCSF AI Soldier completed!







Hound is made from an Iron Man 2 Ariel Drone, custom resin Red Alert head, Original Gen1 rifle and rocket, a few 1/72 mode parts and a couple of ballpoint end caps!!

Wow, looks good to me.

What I wouldn't give to see a new movie with Colonial Marines taking on some Aliens with this Transformer Crossover!

Hey gang! Thanks for the very kind feedback! I'm hoping to finish all three of my centurions over the weekend & another of Tamers vintage restoration figures, so hopefully I'll have another update then!

I got home early this afternoon! Here's "Colo" the third of the mysterious Centurions, and their underwater specialist...





Colo is based on Max Ray from the cartoon. He is made from a Blanx figure, Kashyyk trooper, SOTE Luke, 1st release ARC, GI Joe parts and a tiny bit from a F15 model kit!!!
