It may just be me, but in the re-listed item, it looks like there are some deep scratches on the case as well, aside from the broken off head-turret.  Maybe that was also part of the reason he didn't want to use his own pics?

Now I have no clue for sure, but to me this looks one that was probably damaged in shipping and was probably returned and then clearanced. If I were bidding, I would be asking for better pics.

There are some scratches there indeed. Though they might be fixable with Novus clean & shine. Anyway he says to "sell you own AT-AT and get an Artist Proof" LOL, I would never do that. I ALWAYS prefer a numbered edition to any AP, since the number is unique and cannot be easily forged. The AP's are there and usually about 30-50 or so made for people involved in project, for licensees etc. Besides that my AT-AT is in PERFECT condition, that is why he chose my pics in the first place.

He also doesn't have the outer box. But not sure if he has the foam box though. Without the foam box, the arriving item could look like this (a member from RS got his like this without the original packing):

In the canceled auction he "missed" something, the following phrase is from his second listing, the words in bold are present only in the new auction: "...Comes with a custom display case, the case shows slight surface scuffing from bieng on display and a short scratch which you can see in the image, could use with a brush down clean on outside. Has not been moved for 5 years."

There is no way I would bid on this one and be happy with the product.

True. But ripping of fellow fans is horrible! Ripping someone of is bad in the first place but doing it to a fellow fan is even worse! >:(

Good shirt. I actually saw this new auction and still thought the text description was still a bit misleading from what I knew about the item. Hopefully whomever gets this realizes it is a fixer upper.
